Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Dry red cabernet sauvignon produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Upper Galilee. After undergoing extended fermentation with skins still on, the cab was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. To preserve its full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered before bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
